I would never forget the 1st time I was choosen to take up that instrument. I would never forget the time where I managed to play my first piece of score. I would never forget practising for the first concert. I would never ever ever ever forget the time when the full orchestra was in practise session and I was part of it.

If I hadn't been so blinded by relationship, I guess, I would have performed at the SYF (Singapore Youth Festival).

Though its been years since I last draw the bow and placed my finger on the finger board, I still have that passion burning.

Its time for me to pick it up again and including you in my life.

Something that I've been thinking about~

Friends around me are getting preggy. I've been have this weird dream that I'm preggy and didn't have any clue till the tummy got very big & the baby moment is more frequent. (like 5 months).

Some of my friends do family planning, Some don't. For those, that did the planning. I really admire them alot for managing to get 1 in the stomach. For those that did, I have loads of questions for them. Besides the joys of a new life.

Q1. How do you manage your daily expenses?
Q2. If your preggy wife is not working, how can you manage to make ends meet?
Q3. Is your wife going back to the workforce after confinment or will she be taking care of the baby full time?
Q4. Will you feel as if you're going to explode? Being a mother at such a young age?
Q5. What are the things that you're able to give up when the baby is born?
Q6. What was your 1st reaction?
Q7. Will panick when you know that there are so many things and responsibility for the new born?
Q8. Will you start worrying if you have overspent and you can't buy diappers and milk power for the baby?

Gosh there are so much commitment to a child. Carrying the baby in the stomach for 9 months.

That really scare the hell out of me.

No offenses to preggy mummys or mummys, its just some questions that are boiling inside of me.

What I learnt today.
You are responsible for yourself. Means: Having to be in control of your own actions, own state of mind, own emotions. You are e CEO of yourself. No one can u "hey Elle, you are useless" it'll only be true if u believed what others say. In short, they are your CEO for your life.
Being married doesn't mean that the husband responsible for his wife. Neither is the wife responsible for her husband.
Control yr life, or someone else will do it for you.

Sometimes stepping back & taking a look at the situation that you are angry or upset about. Looking at e situation from a 3rd person point of view with a detach feeling and find a better state that u can solve e situation. After that, just apply that state into e situation.

I know it works for me. It might just work for you..

Just for Sharing

I've been feeling rather down lately. Home is not really a Home now. Its a place I know I have to go to. Yet it seems rather stanger to me.

I never regret the decision I made to come clean about how I feel. If we're able to pull through, good. If not, I'll wish him all the best. Right now, I can feel that the energy I once had is decreasing day by day. What I have left is barely enough to keep me concious.

I was so worried for him when his mobile was dead. I had so many scence running in my head. I was wondering if something happened? Did he get into trouble? I panick and I nearly started to head out to his usual bar to check if he is alright and leave secretly.

I don't want him to know. Neither do I want him to feel that I'm spying on him.

Rather than being down, and almost dead. I've decided to let loose. Let nature takes it course and move on. There is nothing I can do for now.

I'm retreating to my favourate place with my babies this weekend. I'm going to be missing them for the whole of next week. :(

What a Week!!

Its been totally crazy this week! Work, friends, my babies, my family, driving lessons. Woo!! There just so much to do and not enough time for me.

BTW, I booked my Taffic Police Test!! Though its in next year Jan 2010, but its still worth it. Thank you my bitch & her bf for helping so much!! Knowing that its late, they even brought me to have Duo Hua so that I will not get gastric the next day. Being very aware of what's going on in my life, they even drove me to Marina Barrage to let loose and destress. I ran into some of my friends as well. Been a long time and these were the good times.

There is so much more to life.

Though what they did were little gesture, I find them very sweet. For my husband, thank you for leaving me alone. I really needed my space so very badly. Most of the time its all about YOU, this week, I'm just going to have my Me time.

Its been a stressful week for me, but I'm glad that my bitch and my other friends are always there for me.. Especially the ones who always get the Geylang Duo Hua for me when I'm hungry in at night..

I Miss My Mummy

Mummy plays an important role in my life. I have a rather weak stomach & digestive system.

I can't gobble my food,having my meals while watching tv or using the com, hushing after a meal can give me major indigestion..

Lack of fruits or veg will also cause me have indigestion. It'll last a few days sometimes weeks..

Mummy used to make sure we eat all our veg & fruits. I always have sweet tasting & healthy soup.

She'll always buy Yakult for me, cos tt's e one I like.. Almost one everyday.

Without my mummy now, I get major indigestions every other day..

Making TANK TOPS into TUBES. Walking to have the full view of their "place of interest". Taking stuffy boats to nearly get sea sick because of it. Here's the best part. COKE!!

I manage to pull thru the whole day!! Yeah!! Didn't think that I can pull thru, as I have not been on this plan since I was 13.

My diet for today is ... LIQUID. I manage to survive on plain water. I felt so much lighter though and I felt super hungry. The moment the hunger pangs comes, down goes the water. Total savings: $3++

I've also included exercise into my day. I walked to amk central to catch a bus and I walk home from amk central. Total savings: $1++

Hopefully I can shed some weight off and get rich at the same time..

Misunderstood

I hate being misunderstood. Its a matter of intending to buy.

I knw that he is stress, so am I. Just an intention of buying n he dim me as spending things unnessearily.

He explained e reason and i need time to digest. It becomes tt i'm being stuck up. I tried to explain to him my meaning intentions, he ignored it n continue to scold. Even aft we got home, he continued to remain silent. Aft i tried to hoax him, he starts his scolding all over again. He approach me n i'm busy,it becomes i ignored him.

I didn't have the butterfly feel that S felt while walking to the car.. I felt normal all the way, until I reach Fort Canning and saw him. He kinda gave me a hug and I suddenly start to tear. I ran off. To the ladies, I saw my aunt. She comforted me. Giving me the extra boost of courage.. Everything happened in a flash. It happened so quickly.. At 0415pm, I'm still Miss Liew. 15 mins later, I came out as Mrs Yong. Till date, I'm still enjoying my 3rd day of marriage.. :)

Knocked off early yesterday and "decided" to head to the nearest shopping mall (Amk Hub) to do some shopping for gift exchange.

Total spent: $25

Bought 2 doggie gifts for exchange and a guy gift for company's exchange.

All the presents are not wrapped yet.. They are still happily sitting in my living hall.

I'm super cash tight this year. Sorry guys. No presents this year. Just my well wishes..

Today is my gift wrapping day. Not sure if my 2 poochies are getting the christmas sprites?

Its been super tough on me recently. Having to shoulder so many things n no one to talk to.

2nd Nov 08 - SKC Dog Show at Expo Hall 4B

We're at the dog show on Sunday 2nd Nov.. Phew~ It was quite a tiring & stressful day there. Gong Xi & Facai was there too..

Arrived around 11 plus 12. Got my dad to send us there (cheeky).. My youngest sister joined us too. We had lots of fun choosing and shopping for clothes for the lil pooches. Gong Xi is still as shy and Facai is super excited to see all the other doggies big & small. He just want to sniff butts and make friends!!

Facai joined 2 events. 1st event: Fastest Eater. 2nd event: Happiest Dog. Though he lose in the fastest eater, but he won 1st in Happiest Dog.

So Proud of him~

Gong Xi didn't join any of the competition.*not due to biasness* but she did have her fun share of walking on leash with my sister. She loves bringing her on short walks. Each time, Gong Xi came back with wet wet beard. So I had to clean & clean. We wasn't sure why her beard was wet. They didn't go pass any unrinated/ wet area, but there were other doggies sniffing her out..

BTW guys, Gong Xi was not heat that day. Her pampers was to prevent her from peeing in the stroller.. (she pee in her bag once and wet my pants & legs.)

We're very proud of Gong Xi too.. She managed to walk around with my sister instead of just sitting on the floor. Good Girl~

Total damage for that day is $50+ a lot lesser than what we used to spend at dog shows..

D works in town, near amoy market. There is a very nice pizza stall there and it was their last of day of operation. From the usual $16, they cut their price to $9+

D went there aft work to tabao pizzas for me & my family. The bought 3 boxes of pizza and there was no carrier for the pizzas. Thus, he has to hand carry them from town to Sengkang by train and have to walk from mrt station to my block. (Heart pain...)

He told me that he look like a pizza delivery boy. When he reach my place, he was sweating like he just walked in the rain. The pizza's quite fantasic. Absolutely love it~

I have to admit, the journey from Amoy market to Sengkang alone is no joke.

That particular gesture that he did melted my heart & I really appreciated it alot. Its sweeter than a guy giving a girl 1,000 rosses..

That was the SWEETEST thing that D has done for me..

I've been having migrain on and off the moment I woke up. My eyes feels so hot & burned~

Its the last day of the month again. WAR ZONE!!! The moment I step into the office, it'll be all abt rushing for 12noon deadline. Through out the whole time of rushing, I felt very bad. Giddy spells to migrain to light headedness to painful eyes.

Finally~ the sound of the 'lunch bell' rung. Deadline's over! No more rushing. No more calculation. Suddenly that 'lunch bell music' sounded so melodic.

The rest of the day is for me to enjoy. OTing & assignment at home is really very tiring. Every single month its the same rountine over and over and over again.

Recently I've been have dreams of betrayal. Yesterday night was the 2nd time. 1 week once, is enough to make me go bonkers~

Decided that it cant go on like that.. I looked up the dictionary of dreams that I bought a few years ago.

Dog show - 2nd Nov 08

Just posted the form to SKC this morning. Haha~ wanted to do it over the weekend but my parents keep forgetting to help me write. Only managed to rmb ytd. Bomber~

This time round, Gong Xi & Fa Cai will be at there. Its been a long long long long~ time since we've brought her out. (apart from going downstairs, vet & grooming) Felt that we might have neglected her for quite some time. To make it up to her, we'll be bringing her there to experience what Facai has been enjoying.

For this upcoming SKC, there will be a series of event that non-certified SKC dogs can take part. :) Yippee~ They should organise this kind of event more often. Kekes~ Anw, Facai will be taking part in 2 of the events. Fastest Eater & Happiest Dog. We'll be going there early to let him get used to the environment & to support all the other doggie that's taking part in the events. In particular Dou Dou & Bourbon. (for now, these are the ones that we know are taking part) Still we will still be there supporting too~

Do come over to say hi if your there. We might not be able to recognise you but we're always happy happy happy~ to make new friends & meet more cute lil furkids :)

Brother's ROM

16 sept 2008. The day my brother finally got married to his gf aft a 3 yr ++ relationship. My best wishes to both of them.

Congrats! The solomisation started at 3pm. Bf took half day to attend his ROM. They have been 'brothers' since they were teens. Its was thru my brother's gf birthday celebration that my bf & I got to know each other. (single peeps out there, must try to attend friend birthday or something. mayb can find love~)

Anw, it was my virgin to attending ROM events. (Brother u must be proud hor~) The way that both family bond is really very funny and enjoyable at the same time.

Our Plans

We've been discussing on when to tie the knots. Was thinking maybe a few years time, but things happened so our plan was experdited.

We are quite a supertitious pair. Our friend/feng shui master told us it not very good for me to tie the knot this year. Given the choice, it will be better next year after Chinese New Year. Good for me!! At lest I wouldn't be too busy at the end of the year. Date of our R.O.M is not set yet. We are still looking out for a nice & good date.

Last Saturday, we went window shopping for our wedding bands. Was suppose to be looking around and doing reseach to pick the best within our budget, instead we bought it.He said that choosing a pair of wedding bands is fated. Can't be forced into buying it because of the value.

Unfortunately, we have to get it custom made. Reason. Both of finger are straight. No middle bone. So we have to get rings that are just right.

This pair was not love at first sight for me, I fell deeply in love with it when I went back to the shop to view it the 2nd time on the same day. Best of all, the range that we chose is comfort fit. Good to see, nice to wear..LOL!!

I took the catalogue and showed it to my parents, they choose the same pair as well.. I was over the moon when both of the pointed to the same pair.

Been to Pasir Ris animal farm to replanish our stocks. The moment we got there, the sky seems to be very gloomy. We thought it was going to rain. Saw from Ebi and Emma's blog that there is a swimming pool near there too.. Its much better thn the long kang at pets movers. Anw, we wanted facai to socialize as well. So we let him run off leash at the dog run. We saw a pile of big poo on the ground and no one picked it up. Kinda in considerate of it..

Facai seem to be quite afraid to miggle with the other dogs there.. Instead, he stuck to us closely n his tail is dwn most of the time. hope he doesnt do that when we are at the ST gathering next week else I'll b quite heart broken. :(

Most of the things that we bought is food and treats. Heart pain when we saw the bill.. but its all worth it for them. I picked out a double leash.. Seems quite cool, it cost us less thn $10.

We even manage to take pictures of them together.. Super difficult to take for them at home.. They are super good boy and girl that day.

Everyone's seeking love. Be it the romantic or parenting or even maternal love. It can be found everywhere.

Today, I'm taking about love in the romantic way.

There has always been a saying that love is blind, marriage is a death trap and true loves are fairy tale. How true is that?

Love can be stinky to those who has been hurt deeply by it. Though it can be hurtful, it has brought us many joy and wonderful time. In fairytales, where a single touch, a look in the eye or a duet. Their able to find their one true love. (big chuck of fairies)

Down to earth, similarly. We can share a kiss or a hug or even a dance. There is no boundries, no hiding, no denying. Love has its own way of showing. Sparks will fly in everyway. No two man or woman will give you the same magical feeling. Its beyond description.

I've always beileve that we have e other half waiting somewhere. Every corner or bend is a new experience or even exposure. Things don't just stop there.

Getting to know each other and accepting them for who they are. Working out the differences. Love is wonderful in a way that u get u a fair share of sweet. sour. bitter. anger. suprises and more, all in a day or say within minutes? Interesting yet perculiar all at the same time.

I guess god has it own way of testing and teaching us the value for the life or destiny that we are to take.

Today is the 2nd day that I'm going thru without my cig. Its really tough.. I've to curb my itch hands and mouth and mind. I cant seem to take my mind off cig, especially during break time. Arghhhh.........

Gotta have more determination. The main few reason why I decided to quit after so many years is :

1) For my health, don't want a deform baby in the future ya~

2) Gong Xi and Facai. Expenses go up. Feeling the pinch now. Ouchhhh~

My weekend life

I've been thru alot this weekend. From quarrels to catching up with my old classmates. I experience it all in 2 days. How freaky can it be? We had a super big quarrel over a trial matter. Thn I had cramps like hell. I rested the whole day. During the evening after I've rested, when my dad tried to comfort me, Facai reacted so defecively. He kept barking at him. Each time when my dad tried to come near me, Facai dont even let him come near me.

Met up with my old school friend, Xavier at the 7-11 near our sec school. Really missed those old school days. Coincidently, we bumped into our old school friend. Cheuk Man. Guess what!!! They opened their own lion and dragon dance troop. 2 years ago, they have been talking about it. 1 year later, see where they are now. Dreams do come thru. A few friends who have always been dreaming and talking about their passion and enjoyment for lion dancing. Everyone said, it will not work. Well they proved us wrong.

Facai celebrated his 1st birthday on 20th April. His actual birthday is on 24th, which is on thursday. We held it at Earth Cafe and we had the best party!!!! The staff there are just so passionate about serving us and the ambiance is great. The chalkboard is the SWEETEST!!!

My Small Trip Over the Sea

I've been very slow with my blogging and uploading of pics. Here's my small trip over the sea on The Star Aquarius. Though its a 2day 1 night trip, I enjoyed my time. We board the cruise on 3rd April 2008 around 5+ and arrive back to Singapore on 4th April 2008 around 9+

We were so fascinated with the whole experience as we have never been on a cruise. Things were great. We reached our room around 6pm on 3rd. The bed is so comfortable. After dumping all our stuff in the room, we went out for dinner. Dinning at 3 restaurant in total for that night. The first restaurant we dined at was serving buffet. Second restaurant was Chinese cruises of 5 dishes. The prawns was great. Absolutely great food. The last restaurant that we went for is for dessert. Theme for that night was Chocolate Party. As usual, I ate a little chocolate and I felt sick. The deco and ambiance for the whole event was great.

For our entertainment, we watched the Topless Show from Brazil. It was a whole new experience. We explored the whole cruise and we went to the casino. I love my small trip over the sea.

Everyone has every rights to be themselves. This is what I belive and I won't change that policy. No matter how tough life can get, we always have to look on the bright side. Everyone will have their stages of life. Its not always a smooth ride, but from there we can learn and gain the experience.

Everything happeneds for a reason.(we've heard alot) But what's the reason?? I start to understand the meaning. Everything happeneds for a reason becos there is something to learn from it. We need to look for the solution and solve it. Once we've done that, we will be wiser.

Age is NOT EQUALS to Wisdom. Whatever happens, I believe that there is a way to solve it. It might not be immidiate, but as long its solved, how it happens doesn't matter.

What a day we had!!! Its the first time that Facai & I met up with my BF's colleague & boss from Perth. Here's the itinerary for the day.

We went to find a GIVI box for his boss. Followed by a light lunch at Pawtobello. Though there wasn't much people there, but we still made a reservation. To avoid disappointment. Afterall, we have guest :)

After Pawtobello, we headed to Sentosa. Snowy's mummy and daddy are there too! But its a pity that we couldn't meet up. So sorry guys!!
